PROBLEM TO SOLVE:
The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) is an American post-trade financial services company providing clearing and settlement services to the financial markets. They were struggling with a very disintegrated intranet that was ‘messy’ and ‘overwhelming’, with parts of it being described as ‘hell’. It was outdated, inconsistent across devices, hard to navigate and not fit for purpose. It was especially not useful for a hybrid workplace in the covid and post covid world.
