Design goal

Launch the ‘Claim Actions’ Page by 17.11, and lesseN the need for the ‘Claim Edit’ page on AthenaNet, and reduce overall work by 30% by 18.3


PROBLEM TO SOLVE:
Bring all information related to resolving claim denials in one consolidated place, decrease clicks and page loads, and remove Athena-language, in short, reduce huge Design Debt in order to reduce the time it takes to complete work.

Outcomes


 

  • Lead the design strategy within my Zone (Business Unit/s), and pushed the team toward product excellence with significant user-facing change in the rollout, while hitting the GA deadline, and contributing towards a big win for users and the Organization.

  • Aligned with cross-disciplinary Zone Leads to drive strategy and leadership. Worked closely to set vision, create plans and drive execution of high-quality solutions to complex problems within Collector that both benefitted users while also meeting business goals.

  • As a People Manager, coached and built effective teams through assessment of their strengths and career goals, while finding challenging opportunities that meet designers' interests.
